Return Policy

Products can be returned only if you receive

  • damaged product

  • product which has manufacturing defects

  • wrong product against your order.

RETURN PROCESS:

​

  • If you wish to return the product, you will need to inform us at info@eutheniastore.com within 2 days of the delivery of the product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our courier partners.

  • For a damaged product received from our end, we will need a confirmation within 24 hours of delivery.

  • ​Return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a salable condition with their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

  • Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 4-6 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the product is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the product and the replacement/refund process will get initiated.

  • We will send you the shipment label for the reverse pickup. You will need to print shipment label and to be pasted on the courier to be provided to the logistics company representative who comes for the pickup. 

  • In case the reverse pick up service is not available in your area then we will share our postal address where you can courier us the product back.

  • In case you don't have the printer facility, then you can courier us the product back to us on our postal address.

REFUND PROCESS:

​

  • Once you send us photograph of damaged product that shows the damage, we will initiate refund for the ordered product. Only the product amount will be refunded for which the details are refund amount section.

  • If we receive a product from the customer which gets damaged during transportation, the refund/ exchange request will be terminated. So please make sure that you pack the product with the proper wrapping and care.

  • Partial Refund : This will be applied when we provide reverse pickup from our end. The amount of the refund will be calculated as per the previously mentioned structure.

  • Full Refund : This will be applied when you return the products from your end directly.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

​

  • In case of fabrics and garments, we don't have exchange policy. You can only apply for return and refund.

  • Products other than fabrics/ garments can be exchanged. 

  • Exchange is only possible, once the returned product goes through the checks to make sure that we have received correct and undamaged product.

  • Once a product is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again

  • If the product you wish to get in exchange for your order is unavailable, you will receive the refund. We will confirm on the availability within 3 business days.

  • Timeline - 3 to 7 working days after we receive returned product.

REFUND AMOUNT:

​

  • Refund amount will be sent directly into your account via NEFT transfer ( Please provide your account details for the same in the email ). The refund can take 3-4 business days to appear in your account for the pre-paid orders. Cash on delivery refunds are processed by a third-party service, hence please allow 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your statements. 

  • We will refund the amount of the bought product after taking out the partial cost of logistics based on invoice value as follows -

    • Upto Rs. 499: Rs. 150

    • Rs. 500 - Rs. 999 - Rs. 200

    • Rs. 1000 - Rs. 1499 - Rs. 250

    • Rs. 1500 - Rs. 1999 - Rs. 300

    • Rs. 2000 - Rs. 2499 – Rs. 350 

    • Rs. 2500 or above - 15% of order value.

  • Product must be returned with the shipping labels (pasted on the packet)and invoice.


NOTE:

  • If you are returning the product, please take a note that some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, color, design etc signifies these are handcrafted products and therefore are truly unique in nature. These are not machine crafted products and therefore we would appreciate if you can consider that before returning any product.

  • Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.

  • No return requests will be processed after Two (2) days from receipt of item(s).
